Mission
The Conner Troop Medical Clinic (CTMC) mission is to conserve the fighting strength by providing customer-focused, cost-effective quality health care to both the Active and Reserve Components.

Services
Services provided include: Optometry, Sick Call, Routine Appointments, Minor Surgeries, Well Women, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, and X-Ray for active duty. Physical Exams are offered by appointment only, Monday through Friday. Please call (315)772-2778 to schedule an appointment.
 

CTMC Sick Call / Appointment Procedures

• Sick call reporting is from 6:45 am to 7:30 am
• Soldiers will be triaged and will either be seen between 7:00 am and 9:00 am (urgent/acute medical conditions) or will be asked to make an appointment for routine medical conditions.
• Appointments can be made by:
  • Calling (315)772-2778
  • Going to CTMC front desk and scheduling
  • Going to www.tricareonline.com
• Soldiers are asked to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance by calling the appointment line at (315)772-2778, between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm
• Follow-up appointments can be made prior to leaving the CTMC, if the requested follow-up is within a week's time frame.

Physical Exams

All Physical Exams consist of 2 Parts:

Part 1 is done on a walk-in basis. No appointment is required. First step; report to Physical Exams located in Conner Troop Medical Clinic (CTMC) to pick up a Physical Exam Packet, get instructions and support staff will order fasting labs and a chest X-Ray if required.

If you are NOT stationed on Fort Drum please call (315)774-1117 or (315)774-1119 for
out of area instructions.

Part 2 is a scheduled appointment with your Provider. Physical Exam staff will schedule this appointment for after all the requirements for Part 1 have been completed to include all paperwork.

Flight Physicals: If the Soldier is currently assigned to the Aviation Clinic for medical care then the Soldier will contact the Aviation Troop Medical Clinic, Building P2065, Wheeler Sack Airfield, to schedule flight physicals. Please call (315)774-1451 for more information.

If the Soldier/recruit is not assigned to Fort Drum they will contact the Aviation Troop Medical Clinic, Building P2065, Wheeler Sack Airfield, to schedule flight physicals. Please call (315)774-1451 for more information.

If the Soldier is assigned to Mountain Team, Warrior Team , Commando Team or Spartan Team; they will report to Physical Exams located in Conner Troop Medical Clinic (CTMC) to pick up a Physical Exam Packet, get instructions and support staff can order labs and a chest X-Ray (if required).

Note: Separation Physicals must be done within 180 days of terminal leave.
