• Progressive outpatient physical therapy for all musculoskeletal diagnoses
   
• Diagnostic ultrasound for low back pain
   
• Graston soft tissue mobilization
   
• Manual therapy : joint mobilization and manipulation
   
• Post-operative rehabilitation (all regions)
   
• Lumbar and cervical traction
   
• Employee fitness program
   
• Fit the foot running shoe program

• Pose Running program, classes Wednesdays at 1:00 pm
   
• Pose running labs offered on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm
   
• Back Class at the Monti Gym. Class instruction Tues at 1:00 pm
   
• Back exercise class
  Beginner: Tuesday or Thursday at 11:00 am
  Advanced: Tuesday at 2:00 pm
   
• Monti Gym Sub-acute rehabilitation Tues/Thurs 0700-1200
   
• Monti Gym Functional Rehabilitation Mon/Wed/Fri 0700-1200
   
• Monti Aquatic rehabilitation beginners group: Mon & Thur or Tue & Fri at 0745
   
• Monti Aquatic rehabilitation advanced group: Mon & Thur or Tue & Fri at 0645
