Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:00pm for purchase of pet care products, registration, and scheduling appointments. We are closed on weekends and Federal Holidays. Well exams and minor sick call appointments can be made Monday-Friday. A limited number of drop off and evening appointments are available upon request.


All pets must be registered with the Fort Drum Veterinary Treatment Facility prior to making an appointment. Please fill out the DD Form 2343 (section 1-2f) with the sponsor's information. Please bring DD Form 2343, a copy of all vaccine history and microchip data when registering your pet with the VTF.

To be compliant with post housing policy, pets residing on post must have current rabies certificate and microchip. 

All pets over 12 weeks of age must have current rabies vaccination and dogs must have a state license in accordance with NY State Law. For more information contact Leray Town Clerk 315-629-4052.
